TO BECOME HUMAN AGAIN!

ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΑ (GREEK) TÜRKÇE (TURKISH)

And suddenly, everyone is terrified! “But is it possible?” Indeed, is it possible? It’s said by those who in surveys say “I keep informed through Facebook”. It’s also said by those who walk around with a princely look because, they say, they are an influencer. It’s said by those who sit on their mobile phones and get doses of self-gratification from the likes their “profound” posts garner. Even those who puff themselves up like peacocks for views on their videos. Or the others who give children mobile phones and tablets to get some quiet for themselves. Did you see how many foreign terms can fit into a few lines?

In the end, it is possible! In a world in which we are frantically trying to gain a foothold in virtual reality, at some point a hologram will appear that looks so impressive that with a single signal it will lead us where it wants us to go, like hypnotised people. A bright, pleasant, different hologram. It will say to us, “I don’t know where I will lead you, but follow me.” And we will follow the new “Messiah” who will take our burdens upon his shoulders…

The world has changed, times have changed.

We are now taking the first dose of the poison. Many more will follow. As many as are seemingly harmless. We’ll count the bill at the end of the road though. Only by that point, there will be no turning back. Because, quite simply, “robots” don’t have the right to choose.

Is the prospect bleak? Of course! Unless man realises in time that he has to get out of the virtual reality fish bowl and rediscover the meaning of life. To meet again, to talk again, to fall in love, to live moments, to enjoy the beauty that surrounds us, to prioritise the real values of life, to make real friends, to remember the small and beautiful things. In simple words, to become human again!
